    Arboretum is crafted from the fruit of the organically farmed estate vineyards in Devon Valley, Stellenbosch. It is a blend of the best barrels the vintage gives the winemaker. This rich, smooth Cabernet Sauvignon dominant Bordeaux-style blend displays lovely blackberry, black cherry, and tobacco notes on the nose. On the palate, it boasts a core of opulent plum and cassis fruit, with firm tannins providing great texture and structure.

  • Crafted from 100% Petit Verdot, this fresh and lively rosé is packed with bright red berry and watermelon flavors, with deli- cate floral notes that shine through on the refreshingly dry finish.

  • The wine has a deep plum colour with a delicious blend of blackcurrant, tobacco and fennel notes on the nose. On the palate this opulent wine has a balanced acidity that is supported by layers of blackcurrant and plum with traces of dark chocolate. The palate is rounded off by smooth, silky tannins.
  • 2020 vintage– one of only four wines currently crafted from this Iberian grape varietal in South Africa. Intense aromatics of white peach and pink grapefruit follow through on the vibrant palate. Packed with zesty acidity, the wine refreshes with its juicy nectarine flavors, backed by undercurrents of grapefruit pith, lemongrass and lime zest.
  • 2020 Method Ancestral, made from Cabernet Franc, is lighter in color than previous vintages as it had less skin contact.  It was disgorged September 2020.   Super quaffable and best when served from an ice bucket on the beach.
